Foxit Reader

Foxit Reader is one of the best free PDF tools available. It's a full-featured PDF solution that can open, edit, print, sign, and, yes, create fully compatible PDFs. It's fast, light, secure, and easy on system resources; yet it leaves nothing out. It integrates with context menus in Windows (XP to 8) as your default PDF tool, but Foxit Reader works alongside other PDF software, including Adobe Reader. But Foxit is no Adobe clone; in fact, many users prefer it to Adobe and other PDF programs, free or not. Recent updates to Foxit Reader 6 include improved support for Eastern Asian languages. Some of Foxit Reader's PDF creation features require Microsoft Word 2003 or better.
Foxit Reader's attractive, well-configured user interface has an Office-style Ribbon toolbar, but a standard menu bar instead of a "Start" button. Foxit Reader's look definitely leans more toward Office apps than Adobe's products; for all that they have similar capabilities. We've relied on Foxit Reader as our default PDF solution for years, and it's performed like a champion. But let's cut to the chase -- creating PDFs with Foxit. There's nothing to it, actually. Click "File," then "Create," and then choose one of four options: "From File," "Scanner," "Clipboard," or "Blank." We clicked "Blank" and named and saved our new PDF. Next we clicked "Typewriter" on the Comment tab and entered some text, pasted some data, and saved our file. But Adobe Reader couldn't open it, at least not until it downloaded and installed support for the Chinese characters in the document (which Foxit handled natively). Once that was accomplished, Adobe Reader could open and edit the document, normally.

Free Gif Maker

Internet memes and GIFs are some of the most fun forms of internet media. This GIF maker will allow you to easily and quickly create awesome GIF images that friends, family, and anyone else will enjoy. The best part about this GIF maker is the ease of use. The interface is made for people with little to no experience with computers or graphics of any kind. With the click of a few buttons you can have a hilarious GIF ready for sharing.
Another important note is length in which you can create a GIF file. Rather than being limited by the number of images that you can use in order to create a GIF, you have a wide range of images that you can utilize in order to make the perfect GIF file for whatever purposes you have.

picasion

It stands for Graphics Interchange Format and, unlike jpg it is a simple way of making an animated image. Each animation contains a number of individual images; photos, drawings, scans, text – and the result can be used as a banner on a website or in a presentation, or simply as an animated character. Easily created by using many types of image on a gif maker such as ‘Picasion’ an animation adds interest to a ‘flat’ web-page. They can be ‘looped’ so that the banner can revolve, disappear and come back – creating an attractive image to catch the eye.

HotSpot Shield

Hotspot Shield is a free program that allows you to secure your connection while surfing WiFi hotspots and to access sites not normally available outside of the USA, likeHulu and Pandora.

What can you do with HotSpot Shield?

To secure your internet connection, Hotspot Shield creates a Virtual Private Network (a secure connection, usually abbreviated to VPN) between your computer and the Hotspot Shield developer's website, Anchorfree, based in the USA. This connection makes websites think that you are based in the US.
The major reason why users are flocking to Hotspot Shield is because it allows you to view US websites that are usually restricted to people who don't live there. This is particularly useful for video sites such as Hulu or region-restricted restricted videos on YouTube.
Hotspot Shield now includes malware protection meaning that while using it, you shouldn't get infected by anything that may damage your system.

Is it easy to use?

Everything is done in an extra tab open in your browser, so there's no need to configure anything. A green and red shield in your system tray indicates when Hotspot Shield is or is not connected. The VPN is encrypted with 128 bit SSL encryption so you can surf safely without worrying about others intercepting your data.
Hotspot Shield generally works very well. It is ad-supported, however, and be warned that it tries to install a toolbar, although you can opt out of this. If you've got Expat Shield installed, you'll also need to remove it before installing Hotspot Shield. Bear in mind that surfing with Hotspot Shield is noticeably slower than normal, but it's fine for streaming video from video sites such as Hulu.
